Aluminum nitride ceramic sintering furnace

It is suitable for sintering at a temperature of 1600-2000°C under slight positive pressure or atmosphere. It is often used for sintering green bodies pressed by aluminum nitride powder and sintering metal additives. The preparation of AlN ceramics by normal pressure sintering requires high sintering temperature, and the sintering temperature should be increased appropriately. Temperature and extended holding time can increase the density of aluminum nitride ceramics.

Applications:

Carbon fiber is composited, solidified, carbonized, and graphitized through multiple processes to produce porous carbon fiber paper (cloth). On the proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cell, it is used as a support carrier for the catalyst layer. The fuel gas reaches the catalyst through the anode diffusion layer. Under the action of the catalyst, the electrode reaction occurs, and the carbon fiber paper collects the current, conducts the gas and discharges the reaction product water, and provides multiple functions such as gas channels, electronic channels and drainage channels for the reaction of the membrane electrode.

Features

The holding time is longer, but its equipment and process are simple and easy to operate. , Under heating, the aggregate of powder particles is transformed into a grain combination. Atmospheric pressure sintering is the simplest and most extensive sintering method. The general temperature range of atmospheric pressure sintered aluminum nitride ceramics is 1600-2000 ℃
